Printed matter is always created approx. 3 mm larger than it will be in the final format in order to avoid white flashes, i.e. white “half moons” on the outer edge. Therefore, create the labels with a diameter of 252 mm, even though the final format is 246 mm. Make sure that no text is cut away in the edge area or at the center hole (final size 7.5 mm), for example, and please do not leave out the center hole in the print data!
